PetDesk is Hiring an Email Marketing Manager Near Orlando, FL

About this role:

As an Email Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute marketing strategies to drive the growth of Petvisor brands within our core audience - veterinary clinics. You will enhance the user journey and increase revenue through thoughtful email programs, including, but not limited to, nurture, expansion, promotional, trigger, and behavioral. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing and our customers' unique needs to optimize their interactions with our Petvisor brands (PetDesk [North America] and Vetstoria [International]).

  • Develop and implement email sales and marketing strategies specifically tailored to our target audience with the goal of driving demos, inbounds, and revenue
  • Create and manage customer segmentation and email targeting strategies to optimize the user journey of our customers
  • Support Content Marketing team with newsletter and content strategy emails
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to evaluate results and return on investment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product, design, analytics, and revops, to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and revenue growth
  • Continuously deepen your understanding of the veterinary industry and our audiences' behaviors, preferences, and needs to inform and refine marketing strategy
  • Establish a robust testing and experimentation framework to continuously improve campaign performance and user experience

About You:

  • 4 years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or related field
  • CRM and ESP experience (Ideally Hubspot and Totango)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
  • Able to dissect complex data, identify trends and insights that can drive strategic business decisions
  • Anticipate customer needs and market changes, designing and implementing proactive strategies for customer retention and engagement
  • Aim for results, setting high-performance standards, and measuring success through key performance indicators
  • Experience with marketing automation tools is preferred
  • Experience with HTML and CSS for email design is preferred
